Dear Sirs,

My Husband and I wish to inform you of our experience with the above named establishment run by Colin, Nina and Peter.

On Tuesday night around 7.00-7.30pm we had travelled from Kerikeri to Whangarei enroute to Auckland, home.

We stopped at the Information, Cafe and Toilet convenience location just South of Whangarei. Returned to our car and there was no life at all, totally dead, Called AA Breakdown ( I am a Member)The outcome was to leave the car at Mitsubishi there and take advantage of the AA Free Rental Car for 3 Days.

By the time AA arrived, found the fault etc, the results major, it had gotton late, darker and somewhat colder. AA had the Rent a Dent Rental service on their list. From there it wasn't too long, though after hours, before Colin arived with a car for us. The Service, concern and Kindness was simply marvelous, as we, myself and our 2 relatives on holiday from the Pacific Islands were taken to the Yard in Albert street, while Terry followed by the AA Service Man took our very sick car around to Mitsubishi Service Depot.

Turned out being late etc, the person at Rent a Dent had to leave home, unlock the Yard, Sent for a Tow Truck in case we needed one and be a reassuring helper to we folks in need late at night.

Cheery, Helpful and our need to keep the car until today was all greeted with kindness, understanding, a real "No Problem" Response. Returned our Rental Car today about 3.30pm and Colin, Nina and Peter all there to Greet as friends basically.

Genuine concern for me personally as I am an Insulin Dependant Diabetic, Told us they were worried about our long drive home etc.

These People we understand are the new Owners of Rent a Dent only Months ago. Their whole, Not only friendly and helpful assistance, but their follow up to our requirement, plus when we returned the car today being greeted with smiles, genuine concern and advise on service & Break down options etc.

We think these 3 People bring a fresh, friendly face, plus Service with a Smile thats quite lacking in some quarters, We wish them luck and hope they will be an Asset to Rent a Dent.

Their Customer Service Went the extra Mile and we felt SIMPLY THE BEST!
